Sunday thoughts

It’s good to sometime just sit down and think it through – where you are, where you’re heading, and where you want to be. Just don’t get stuck to long doing so, or else you would just be thinking without executing your commands. </philosphical>

Today have been centered about organizing and planning. Like tiding up my desks, figuring out what’s next in some of my endeavors; like the upcoming line of jewelry for SophistiGance and new releases on GanceMedia, and planning for future posts on this blog. l also recorded guest-guitars for an interesting release I hope to share with you soon.

Speaking of Twitter, I made a poll yesterday about which content you prefer reading here on the blog. If you’re reading this post before Tuesday, please contribute with your opinion by answering the poll below:

  • Dearest,

your thoughts are calming. I’ve been lost in thoughts too. No surprise since I’ve been writing and planning more writing. I’m not so good with the knowing when to stop thinking. Although to be fair, I’m getting better at it. Yaaay me!

I have had rather a lot of curious questions today as the apartment was “invaded” by two apparently from outer space kids on a sleepover this weekend.
What are you doing? Why do you do that? Does it pay well? What is this? Can you eat it? Etc.

I’m one of those people that find those curious questions rather fun. And in a way I get into a philosophical kind of thinking. Those seemingly easy questions become quite existential in my mind. But then I have a tendency to enter into deep discussions with children for some reason.

I feel kind of bad for eavesdropping when they play, but I find their imagination so liberating. And now I sound like a J.M. Barrie reader, which of course I am. And even if you have to grow up in the end the ability to imagine is still important. To imagine a possibility is more vital than to know the reality. It will hit you whether you want it to or not.

On a Sunday I can find myself listening to the sound of life.

And it sounds like you have quite a few things going on there. Exciting!! You never know what will come from you. Like that picture. I said philosophical, the half, the better one from where I’m standing but that might also be reversed. What luck! Not that it’s down to chance mind. It’s a perfect example of doing and not just thinking you might.

Love, kindness and determination can take you further than you ever imagined.
