Took a ride into a world I didn’t know.
Woooow, those pics are beyond beautiful. What range in colour and… ooooh. I’m not at all totally envious and excited at the same time. ^^/♡
Whatever place you ended up in it’s amazing. A hiding spot so green and a stone wall to block out the world, at least for a little while. And those little whiles are worth so very much. This kind of magical leaves you breathless.
Who could ever resist a pink fluffy sky full of clouds? This makes me feel like a moomin rather than my usual little My. A bit calmer and a bit nicer. I wonder what it feels like riding on clouds. As we grow up people often tell us not to have pink tinted skies, but a bit of happy magic doesn’t exactly hurt. Some have to dream now and then to feel alive, reality hits you anyway. What harm could a bit of tint do?
The shadows lift this picture even higher and gives it that wonderful dreamy feel.
I’m not good with flower names but those white ones are adorable. They take the center stage so beautifully against the stone. I don’t know why but I get a happy flower family feel. My special kind of happy madness maybe. And the light is perfect.
Oh I really adore the path one. The shades of green. The darker one (the right) path and the more yellow perhaps jealous one on the sides. The lit path and the little speck of blue at the end, forwardness. This is a path to greatness no doubt. Perhaps lined with jealousy but whoever follows the path don’t seem to mind. Maybe it’s the way out of a jealous mind?
The 5th one is just. You know what I see I think… and all I can say is I love that one. The come closer to me feel. Oh yes!! Only the two of them. And all those colours of life becomes a bit more vibrant.
The next one is also dreamy. Somehow I see rats racing in the clouds. I guess I was thinking of the song. Or possibly something else even closer to home. To escape the trap.
That stream is so special. One side fading yellow, one side intense green and the river sparkling caught inbetween. Such ambivalence in one picture.
And the tilting tree. The movement in it. At the end of the road but not broken. The fading colour add such feel to this.
More flowers. How you make it shine on its own. You make that one stand out from the crowd in such an undramatic way. It’s a given spotlight. Appreciation of beauty.
The way to cross the stream. The old connection making a bridge. So poetical!
Woah! The fading in the 11th. No words, just right.
I so enjoy that kind of light on trees. Used to be a favourite motif to try and draw. Moving and simply magical.
The last one is a bit darker. Still beautiful but also a bit painful. Reminds me of trenches. I don’t know… That kind of creepy memory of seeing what’s left of the trenches in Verdun. The worst place I have ever been. The deathly silence of it still haunts me. The monuments are great but the feel of the place is death and only death. Nothing good happened there. But it looked a bit like that. Undramatic, nature claiming back its land.
Ready for a fascinating story?
Here it goes.
I think we’re peeking into something, perhaps a bit private, it’s guarded by a wall. The sky inside is pink and the innocent flowers stretch happily in the light. The path has not been without trials and jealousy stand guard along its way. But things are becoming clearer down the path as the healthy green intensify. The two standing apart become closer, leaning in as they find they do share desire. Rats are still following suit, racing each other to the finish line. Who will be best? The stream don’t seem to mind at all as it flows on. One side green with envy at its steady flow and the other side thriving from its nourishment. At the end of the road, the race is over, the one standing still unbroken will see the flower bloom in full as old connexions are mended and the path continues on. The others are fading… the light has shone and the war is over. All that is left is the scars in the ground. And somehow I think the two of them are smiling, in secret. What once was parted has been reunited to hold.
I’m impressed with the new camera, you seem to be a very sexy team. Can’t wait for more!!
WELP time to move to Sweden.
