Film Washi Z 400 – Nikon F5

Recently I got to try one of my two rolls of “Z 400” from Washi, a small (according to themselves the worlds smallest) independent film company from France, which I got from KameraStockholm. It’s a near infrared sensitive film, meaning it can pickup light near the spectrum not visible to the human eye. If you want to check out some true IR-photo, check out the feed of my buddy Andreas @DynamicPhoto.

For this photo I used my Nikon F5, Nikkor 50mm 1.8D with a red-filter (and sometimes also a circular polarizer).
Next time I’ll might try it with a IR-filter, but as a standalone B/W film, it holds up quite well!
