Analogue streetphoto

For many people film holds a special place in their hearts; especially those involved in street photography. I traded my imaginary Leica for a Cosina and went out hunting, loaded with some FujiFilm Superia 200.

  • Sweetheart,

all these inhabit intense feelings for me and I kind of went with that. Beauty can’t always be captured or felt in the explanation or interpretation; sometimes it resides in the meeting with the receiver. It’s purely emotional and not a straight thought process. You’re right; film has that special place in heart. The method might be older, but there is new inside all of this.

    Books Papers Music

    crossing the road
    like a hunter
    chasing the dream that gurgles
    as those sharp edges
    have been neatly folded
    into a new seeing
    life from her eyes

    crossing the path
    thinking the walls will fall
    your sweet words
    read out loud
    comfort in new pictures
    the view from his eyes

    the same dream
    little heart
    tiny hands and feet
    without us speaking
    words so new

    Baby, I love you

    the world grinds on
without realising it’s no longer what it was
    the usual beat fading

    with every lovely step
    making our own story

    shadows passing by
    keeps me looking
    walking down the street
    out of breath

    over her breasts
    and round the curves
    – will you?
    Set this nervous smile free

    forever love

    She is your church
    your deep pleasurable sinner
    she’ll beg for more
    pull your hair and
    crave your kisses

    forget nervous
    smile darling
    love every day, longing
even without the cover of your skin
    we are closer

    with open eyes we’ll play
    notes that chime
more free than could ever be

    frankly Dearest one,
    your signature
    too pervy sweet
    to contain my station

    Queasy, happy, crying, laughing, hunger
Skin on skin, meeting at the navel
    going crazy for
    tiny fingers and warm arms
    sparkly eyes

watching the scene with a smile
    those lawfully beautiful lines
    written close together

    apart or together
    never a blank paper
    a full symphony
    to be

You sure know how to play on the heartstrings and set my mind to reality dreams. Not so far but far enough to miss terribly. Burning in the chest, the desire for every day.

Special days have their charm but not as much as those seemingly small moments. A laugh, a smile, picking something up, walking down the street etc. Those are moments of affection.

Images so familiar even though they are new; they could easily have been taken from my imagination and memories. It’s a treasure.
